• The plugin you downloaded comes as a "zipped" file.
• Your computer may unzip it automatically. If not, unzip it with WinZip.
• You'll get an unzipped folder.
• You have a folder on your hard drive called…
• PhotoshopPlugins, or PhotoshopPlug-Ins, or PhotoshopPlug-InsFilters.
