Overview of S&S Computing SewWrite

An embroidery lettering program allows you to design, arrange, and save high-quality embroidery letters. It employs hand-digitized alphabets based on Windows fonts and comes with many fonts, including more than 70 alphabets and four symbol/dingbat alphabets. There is also some support for international diacritical markers. It will consider licensed users' requests for additional alphabets.

After installing SewWrite on your computer, go to the Help menu and read the "Getting Started" subject for further information on using the software. It is designed to have the "look and feel" of a word processor, making creating lettering for your embroidered projects a breeze.

Lettering can be applied to various curves and can use many monogram styles. It will save the letters and formatting in a unique swr file that may be accessed later in SewWrite for further modification.
In addition, an embroidery file is also created.

Some embroidery formats are available for DST, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, and VP3. From the File menu, you may choose an embroidery Editor Path so that when you save a project file in SewWrite, the embroidery file is automatically opened in your preferred embroidery editor program for additional editing and merging with other embroidery files.
