This program is the GUI version of the popular FirePassword tool, which instantly recovers lost or forgotten website login passwords stored by the Firefox browser.

Like other browsers, Firefox stores the login details, such as username and password, for every website the user visits with the user's consent. All these personal details are stored in the Firefox sign-on database securely in an encrypted format.

Also, it can be used to recover passwords from different profiles (for other users on the same system) and from different Operating systems (such as Linux, Mac, etc.).

This significantly helps forensic investigators by enabling them to copy Firefox profile data from the target system to other machines and recover passwords offline without affecting the target environment.
